1st April 2013 marked the release Bruce Keogh's report on the regulation of cosmetic procedures. Four years on, ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ Simon Eccles commented in the Guardian on the lack of change that has been effected following the report and the startling lack of regulation in the non-surgical cosmetic procedures market.
